Other than the content you own, designdash.co and its licensors own all intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website; including design systems, internal tools, templates, components, code frameworks, workflows and reusable assets. You receive a limited license to view and use this Website for personal, non commercial purposes. Ownership of any deliverables created for you transfers only after full payment is received. You agree not to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, adapt or create derivative works from any proprietary materials unless expressly permitted in writing.
Restrictions
“Your Content” means any audio, video, text, images or other materials you display or provide while using this Website or its services. By engaging with designdash.co, you grant a non exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute Your Content as needed to provide services. Your Content must be your own and must not violate third party rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content is legally permissible; accurately licensed; and compliant with all applicable laws. You agree that designdash.co may remove Your Content at any time at its discretion for legal, technical, operational or policy reasons.
designdash.co may deny or cease engagement immediately with any individual or entity involved in or related to industries or activities involving alcohol; intoxicants; drugs; politics; adult content; gambling; dating; or any industry deemed inappropriate or high risk at any time at its sole discretion.

All design work, code, prototypes and deliverables are provided on an as is basis; no guarantee is made regarding compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Rehabilitation Act, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, the Equality Act 2010, the Accessible Canada Act, the European Accessibility Act or any other federal, state, local or international accessibility laws, standards or guidelines. designdash.co does not perform accessibility or compliance audits; does not provide legal advice; and any accessibility related suggestions are non binding. Completion of any accessibility related work does not guarantee compliance, reduced legal exposure or immunity from future claims.

You acknowledge that automated accessibility scanners may produce inaccurate results and that designdash.co is not responsible for discrepancies between testing tools.
You acknowledge that compatibility with assistive technologies; including screen readers, voice navigation tools, browser extensions and custom user environments; cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge that browser updates, operating system updates, device changes, ad blockers, privacy extensions or user side modifications may affect accessibility; and designdash.co is not responsible for issues caused by these changes.
You acknowledge that additions, installations, updates or changes made by you or any third party; including scripts, widgets, plugins, apps, embeds, code injections, performance optimizers, minifiers, lazy loaders, CDN rewrites, AI generated or dynamically rendered content; may create accessibility issues. designdash.co shall not be liable for problems caused by these actions, tools or outputs.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for the interpretation and implementation of accessibility guidelines; and that designdash.co is not liable for any incorrect application of WCAG, ADA or similar standards. You acknowledge that translations, localization tools or multilingual plugins may introduce accessibility issues; and that media you provide, including videos, audio, documents or images, may not meet accessibility requirements. You acknowledge that third party integrations; including booking systems, chat widgets, analytics, marketing embeds, CRM forms, APIs or external data sources; may output inaccessible content and that designdash.co is not responsible for issues caused by these systems.
You agree to review and approve all deliverables before launch. You acknowledge that timelines or delays related to accessibility work are not the responsibility of designdash.co unless agreed in writing. You acknowledge that user generated content may create new accessibility issues and that designdash.co is not responsible for violations caused by content added by you, your team, your users or third parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless designdash.co, its officers, directors and employees, from any claims, demands, damages, penalties, audit costs, remediation expenses or liabilities arising from alleged or actual non compliance with accessibility laws worldwide; including issues discovered after delivery or arising from third party tools, platforms, integrations, hosting environments, user side changes or client side actions unless remediation is separately contracted.
Disclaimer of Advice
All information and deliverables provided by designdash.co are for general informational purposes only; nothing provided constitutes financial; legal; tax; investment or professional advice; and you are solely responsible for any decisions made using them.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent designdash.co from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Variation of Terms
designdash.co is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Assignment
designdash.co may assign, transfer or subcontract its rights or obligations under these Terms at any time without notice. Subcontractors may be engaged to assist in delivering work and will be bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations. You may not assign, transfer or subcontract any of your rights or obligations without written permission.
Work Week & Days Off
designdash.co may take days off at its discretion at any time. There is no expectation of fixed or guaranteed working hours. Response times and timelines may adjust based on availability. Urgent requests outside normal availability may incur additional fees if accepted.

Cancellation & Charges
Charges are collected on your membership start date; subsequent monthly charges are collected automatically using your chosen payment method. You may cancel your membership at any time. Refunds are issued only within 14 days of the first charge; minus payment processing fees. Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for refunds. designdash.co is a subscription service with limited capacity; payment covers both access and work availability; therefore all payments outside the 14 day window are non refundable regardless of usage. You are responsible for managing your account and billing details; all account enquiries can be sent to hello@designdash.co.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between designdash.co and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions.
